I am disgusted by the comments made by Tai Baker! How can you hire such a disgusting racist nurse to work with children? This does nothing but reflect negatively on the hospital and it’s mission!
Why? Because one of their employees has made it a point to say all white little boys should be fead to the wolves.... That' she hates white children. Yeah You want children around a women who clearly wants them dead? Not gonna happen.
I don’t think it’s fair to pass judgement on the hospital until they are able to come to a decision. Human resource departments have a legal process to follow when dealing with situations such as these. If the wrong action is taken then they may open themselves to a lawsuit. Does anyone here really want this , apparently racist, nurse getting rich off her hatred?
After reading a post from a nurse that is supposed to work at your facility and the racist tones and hate of her comments. I wouldn't go to your hospital for a stubbed toe if this is the person you employ. Very dangerous thinking.
