I recently had a blowout at Rik Rak Salon, located within Equinox, and unfortunately the experience did not meet the level of professionalism I expected. My stylist arrived approximately 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and was not present in the salon when my appointment began. During the blow-dry, no styling product or heat protectant was initially applied.
