I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s billing practices. I rented a product for an 11 month period, and during the final month it was picked up after only 7 days. Despite the fact that they received payment for the full month—meaning they collected 23 days of extra charges for a service I did not receive—they refused to prorate the final bill or issue any refund.
