Very disappointed with Rightway Auto, sold me a car that was supposed to be under factory warranty and has front axle and strut damage that voids warranty and they won’t fix it. They take their vehicles to Monroe Auto in Grand Rapids for repairs, instead of replacing strut, they said they put a shim in it. Well struts don’t have shims. I would stay clear of Rightway Auto and Monroe in Grand Rapids, their 70 point inspection is worthless.
