As soon as the carpet started to dry, spots appeared. The carpet does not look as good as it has when I cleaned it with rented equipment.

I let the business know that I was looking for a cleaner that did not clean like Stanley Steamer, a fast Job with no real results. The advertised results of their supposed past and worst jobs but that did not match the work they performed. I explained to the technician that my floor was not as bad as his example pics, but had walkway spots that needed serious attention. As displayed on pictures, the carpet fibers in the carpet that are shown is in good condition so its only dirt that you see coming up out of the carpet. Our job is to extract dirt from your carpets; not replace carpets. Technician noted that he went over areas more than twice to assure areas was worn from traffic so there was no rushing involved or any other remedies that could be performed on this particular carpet to bring back worn fibers.
