Very nice and polite young man. Got out most of the stains I needed him to.
Grant did an amazing job. I have had spots on my carpet for years and when other companies cleaned my carpet they went away initially, but always came back when the carpet dried. Not this time, my carpet looks brand new! Grant is personable, professional, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
The technician, Grant, was friendly, courteous, professional, and offered me a chance to review his work -- even providing booties to protect the newly cleaned carpet. I'm still waiting to see if the pets concur, and stop peeing on it. That is The Test.
