this young man made a promise before he began cleaning the carpet and it came out just like he said he looked the carpet over first and then informed my wife and I that he could make it look 100% better and indeed he did and the stains have not come back like in others who came and did the same job. This young man is for real.
Very prompt service, was right on time, very personable, did a great job, cost was very reasonable. We are very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
