What time is a 2:30pm appointment? It is 2:30pm. I arrived at my residence to find a card letting me know that they were by my house to perform the service. When I called Demarcus, he informed me that they had a cancellation in the area and came by my house a 12pm to perform the service. He stated they waited 30 minutes but the tech had to leave. When I asked were they planning to perform the service at the scheduled 2:30pm appointment, he stated they would not because the tech had left the area. I told him that I do not ope... read more
