That was the easiest and the best buying new vehicle experience ever. Jeff was very professional and helpful form the moment when I received first email from him all the way till we left Right Toyota. He also promised me that he will be there to help me when I will bring my new tundra for the first service appointment. .
It was good. nice people. bought out our end of lease vehicle. looked at new model and considered. my only complaint was that no one was very transparent on vehicle protection service added to our financing. did not see the actual printed docs (electronic signing). Not a problem as we can cancel that item within 30 days. We should have slowed down and asked for printed financing agreement. we did ask a couple of times but never really got an answer. Makes them good sales people.
Overall I had a great experiences working with Jeff. He was thoughtful and informative every step of the way. I look forward to a continued relationship for years to come.
Mike Roller was very Friendly, fast and thorough. He provided me with great service.
