Mr Berk was OUTSTANDING Have Purchased over 30 cars in last 30 years Mr Berk was thoughtful host thorough - best of best Must admit his sales manager - young dark haired guy thin..never gave me his card...was insulting. I was ready to leave the store. When I returned to purchase this manager marked up the index car price 1000 AND wrote a 4995 market acquisition mark up!! As always, my experience was excellent! I regret that I cannot recall the names of those that helped me because I would love to acknowledge their excellent service! But suffice it to say, I received the same excellent service on this visit as I always do when I go to Right Honda which is why I take my Pilot there every time! Everyone I have dealt with in the service department is professional, customer service oriented and have earned my trust.
