I have purchased vehicles from Right Honda for about a decade. Today, I purchased my 3rd car, and had a pleasant experience. They will work with you when there are issues. Blake Rehani made the experience easy and wasn't pushy. He seemed to be able to bring out several cars communicated to them I was looking for, I took some time in each of them, and made the selection. Car buying can be frazzling, but I do trust that they try their best to help you.
We picked Right Toyota by chance, but my husband and I were genuinely blown away by the outstanding customer service we experienced. I was treated with respect, when I told Brandon I wasn't in love with the car I was looking at he and the other managers made sure they kept looking at cars until I found one I wanted to buy, and that I was in love with it.

We purchased a Tundra in 2002 and the purchase negotiation was so excruciating we nearly walked out and vowed we would never return. As Right had the vehicle I was in search of we made a return trip. Much to our surprise this was visit was the complete opposite of the first.
