In all honesty, the second I saw Kirk and McArthur's photo on this page, I felt warmth. I even got a bit teary eyed. They were divinely instrumental in the purchase of my first home. Buying a second property was nerve racking for us but McArthur and Kirk gave us a wonderful experience. Their knowledge about the entire industry is top notch and their ability to articulate all the rules and processes to me as the buyer was critical to making this an experience I would do all over again with them. McArthur and Kirk are fantastic and easy to work with. We have bought 2 homes with them and sold 1. We were able to quickly buy and sell houses on some very strict deadlines, and they were able to make it happen! I've referred all of my friends that are looking for a house to them :).

Not impressed. Had an offer on this green house, they countered. We accepted verbally but because of work we couldnt meet with our agent until later that night. Apparently, 12 hours is too long and they rescinded the offer. Thats their excuse anyway. Found out later 2 offers came in. During all this MacAurther Kelly was unreachable. Her voicemail was full, didnt respond to emails promptly and was a total flake. We ended up with a better house anyway.
It was so wonderful working with Right Fit Real Estate! They made the home buying experience as smooth as it possibly could be. From beginning to end they made the process easy to understand and simple to follow. The staff kept us informed every step of the way and advocated for us as first time home buyers. We will surely be working with them next time around! Thanks you guys!!
