Cheryl at Right at Home has got to be THE Very BEST, helpful and compassionate person scheduling this kind of business I was in an emergency situation needing care. And had to change my mind 6 times and then got a place at a rehab center. She was so helpful. The people she sent were wonderful and when I had ti cancel she was totally supportive. Well done.
I can’t say enough about Naomi and her team. Thoughtful, articulate, compassionate, and her desire to help families has given me hope in a very difficult time. I wasn’t ready for role reversal with my parents, who ever is? She gave me a path, helped us figure out the right questions for our needs and start a plan. I signed up with a 4.5 and after dealing with the total incompitence and cruelty from Right at home staff. the abusiveness and neglect and total disreguard that I unfortunately got put through and no one would help or listen. So I addressed Geraldine in one of her verbal roll outs again and did it right back to her and she freaked! We hired Right at Home to get my father-in-law out of bed every morning. No one showed up this morning. We called and they told us that the original person had called in sick yesterday but they had someone else that was supposed to be there. She never showed up and they were unable to get in touch with her.This company is unreliable. My husband is now on his way to get his father up.

Go with a different company if you can. The aides for the most part have been great, but the management is terrible. My mother and her aide had an amazing connection, but after a short hospitalization she was told her aide was reassigned. My mother, her aide, her health advocate, and her doctor's office all asked the manager to give her her usual aide back, but it felt as if the manager enjoyed the fact that my mom was unhappy and refused with little to no reason.
