Here at Riggatti's we specialize in hand-tossed, artisan, wood-fired pizza. We make our own dough and sauce fresh daily. Our dough is patterned after the Neapolitan style (nice and crispy on the bottom, but soft and chewy in the middle).

Large pizza was small and half was supposed to have no meat. One slice had no meat. Half of the meat side had no cheese. The large pizza was the size of my hand. Wish I could put a picture with it. “””” Although we had a couple bad experiences, they remade the pizza at a later date at no cost from the store in Washington! And we have been back several times since. With only wonderful pizzas to show!””” Thank you for such wonderful pizza!

I had Riggatti's wood burning pizza truck apart of my wedding welcome party, and it was a huge hit! The pizzas were absolutely delicious (I think the buffalo chicken was the most raved about!). Fred was a pleasure to work with during the planning process, so if you have an upcoming catering event, do not hesitate to book them! The wood burning truck adds such a unique atmosphere. Highly recommend!
What an incredible pizza place!!! Wayne went above and beyond to provide a great experience for us as we drove through town. Cherries and chocolate, oh my!!!
