There billing department keeps sending me bills instead of billing VA Community Care/TriWest as My VA Authorization clearly states. Two phone calls to them yet they still send the bills to me and threaten to send me to collections. Very Good Treatment from the Surgical and Nurse Staff but their billing department is sub-par and borderline harassing

This morning I had an emergency while I was driving to work. I pulled over and called for help. Ridgeview medical center was closer than my preference of 212 medical center. The paramedics felt my condition was too unstable to go to 212. When I arrived, it was pretty quiet. I went to the room and was updating my parents on the phone. RecommendedWe had heard many good reports about Ridgeview and our experience there in early March proved that to be more than accurate. Everything about my surgery and inpatient stay on 3rd floor was so good in every way- professional, compassionate, skilled, careful to explain everything, etc. One example was the Anesthesiology staff. I have had problems with anesthesia in the past so always bring it to the attention of the Anesthesiologist. Our daughter spent some time here in the NICU after arriving 6 weeks early. We started off at Children’s in Minneapolis and got the chance to transfer here to be a little closer to home and it was a great decision. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Nurse Morgan was our favorite!
THEY DO NOT DO their jobs of do no harm. And are LIARS and keep changing things on clients. NOT A PLACE to TRUST!!!! They are NOT honest at all. When I coached I had heard good things about them this HAS CHANGED and with what they have been doing to me U are a FOOL if u go there expecting any professionalism at all.
$630 to look at an eye and give Benadryl and ice pack...
