RecommendedI was brought to Ridgeview from the 212 Emergency room for a gall bladder surgery. From the moment I arrived to my discharge the next day I was well taken care of and never once felt left alone. all members of my medical team made sure ed they kept me updated and relaxed, shared stories and never made me feel like a bother. I got service with a smile the whole way and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This just goes to show how amazing Ridgeview is and why I won't trust another for me or my family.

This is specific to the Belle Plaine Clinic: While the the times we have been there we have receive great care by both nurses and doctors, I have found that I can’t count on this clinic as a reliable place for full time care. In 4 months we have had 3 appointments cancelled. While I understand things happen, as a working parent I need to be able to make appointments in advance and not have to constanly reschedule for weeks later at times that do not fit our schedule. I also felt at times the receptionists were not very helpf... read more

Recommendedi have been to the ER several times and delivered in the birthing center. I have yet to have a bad experience. Absolutely love the doctors, midwives, and all the other wonderful staff. The birthing center is the absolute best place to have your child and they listened to all my requests.

RecommendedMy son had to go into the ER for respiratory issues and we saw Dr. Herold! He is an incredible doctor and made our experience extremely positive. Couldn’t be more happy with how our son was taken care of and treated. ❤️
