I moved into Ridgecrest apartments a week ago and have already had to put in numerous amount of work tickets (6 I believe). Water has leaked into my apartment from the dining room 2 times now, the last time was enough to completely cover the entire dining area. I suspect foundation problems where the water is coming up from the floor but maintenance believes it's from the window, which cannot be repaired until later this week. Don't move here, the apartments and floors plans are nice. However one of our bathrooms is in terrible shape its literally been over flowing / leaking everywhere. They have come to fix it 4 times already but only after you call and call and call for days. This will be the 5th time we have this problem. Oh and did I mention this is the 5th time in not even one month. I have submitted request for other things to be fixed no one responds. I send email and call no one seems to care.
