Their employees do not protect themselves from COVID while in public, therefore putting their patients at an even higher risk of catching COVID in an already high risk situation. I caught one of their employees in their Ridge Kids Dental scrubs in Walmart of all places without a mask. She said it was her right to not wear a mask. When scheduling the appointment a month or so ago, they seemed very nice and helpful. I was told I would get a call back closer to time for the appointment for dental information as I could not find my insurance card. Fast forward, the week before the appt I still had not heard from them so I call on Wednesday to give the insurance info and the office is closed. Wonderful staff and dentist!
Amazing!! Lola broke her tooth last night and they were able to work her in first thing this morning. Always SO great with the girls and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Liz goes out of her way to help anytime she can.

From working in the dental field for over 5 years, I would say Dr. Puckett and his staff at Ridge Kids Dental are at the top of the list for pediatric dental care. Everyone is very sweet and patient. They were wonderful with my 5 year old son and he was very comfortable which is rare! They do accept Arkids for parents wondering and searching for a new dental home for your child/children.
