Great Team, Excellent Service I went in to get my mouth checked, as I had soreness in my mouth, as well as to have my 6-month cleaning - which was about a month and a half overdue. First: one would expect to be reprimanded for the lateness, but they were very professional and did not make me feel guilty for pushing it off. Second: the Hygienist, Allie, was very understanding and was as gentle as she could be with the cleaning process, even numbing my mouth so she could perform her duties without putting me in pain. I do not know what you are referring to. The doctor and staff were sensitive, knowledgeable and patient. I was petrified however; the staff did their utmost to alleviate my fears and concerns.I was treated with dignity and not patronized. The staff were not condesending as doctors tend to be. My experience was so positve, I am going back for additional dental work.
