We were supposed to be on an every two month plan, they were suppose to come out at that time and spray without us having to call. That never worked. Each time you call the office phone you get a "call back promise", that never happened without us calling them back several times. This time around we have been calling 3 to 4 weeks trying to get an appointment set up, finally a text from the owner to my husband, they offered us 2 appointment options, we chose one and sent the address to confirm.
