Dishonest business practice! Was told $55.00 for diagnostic and someone would call before any work was done so the price could be approved. 1st call we received the tech couldn't locate the amp, 2nd call we received we were told "dog feces" were found in the back hatch area and the tech wouldn't work on it until it was cleaned up. This is my mother's care and she DOESN'T OWN A DOG! My husband went to clean up the "feces" so they would work on it. I have used Rickwood for many years. Recently the amp in my Lexus LS460 went out. My options were a dealer, salvage yard with no warranty, Ebay, or Rickwood. I had Rickwood rebuild the amp, with a one year warranty, for $50.00 more than a used amp no warranty plus paying install. Be careful on Ebay as I found one, no cheaper, that had obviously been cut out of the car! Thanks Guys for getting my Marc Levenson system back up and blasting this old rocker!

Crap customer service kept telling me to come back the next day after scheduling an appointment this was continued for nearly a week then accused me of tampering with my system to try to void the warranty so i can pay more money
We purchased a luggage roof rack for our SUV online and took it to Rickwood Radio to see if they could install it. Despite not having the factory installation instructions, they got it put together for a reasonable price and in just a few hours. Very nice to work with, definitely recommend!
Rockwood is the sh#t! Great service trey is a great installer repaired my car with no problems! One of the best troubleshooters in this industry.
