Hamburger looks red and meaty on the outside, they must be using gas and food coloring because once you get on the outer 8th of an inch it is all brown. Their brats casing rupture and act as if they are full of water, end up with only half the meat after grilling, sticks to the grill (yes we know how to grill brats). We have not tasted the meat as of this entry, however, based on what we have observed we will never go back.
This is my favorite meat store, bar none! And I mean it!!!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, they have great prices and excellent quality!
Went in for the first time on some friends recommendation. Good selection and good pricing considering the quality of the meat. Purchased NY strips and they were the best tasting steaks I have ever grilled at home.
They do it right and with a smile. The best hot sticks and in house made sausage in the Omaha area. The best stop for summer grilling
