Found this new Elkhorn hidden gem last week. I just think it is the cutest little store!! Great quality , the selection is wonderful and I get an overall huge warm fuzzy shopping here! I just got my bf hooked on this store too. Great prices for being a private store. I am a new fan and will always be going here from now on!
Shop here for the best steak, smoked salmon, and bacon. Nobody in the area has the quality and freshness that Rick's does. I don't buy my meat anywhere else!
I just heard about Rick's. We usually get our meat from Hy-Vee because we didn't think we had any other butchers in the area. We picked up our Christmas roast Saturday and just had it for dinner. I cooked it the same way as always but this year it was fantastic! We could tell just cutting into it that it was SUPER tender. We will absolutely be back in the future! Thanks Rick's!

The best fresh meat in town. Love the homemade meat sticks and pepperoni! The staff is amazing also. The lunch special is great too!!�
What everyone below already said plus, pork loins rock, thick cut bacon is amazing, chicken is tender and fresh, and their BBQ sandwiches are hot, tasty and very affordable for a quick lunch.
