Ribeye steak is the best I've had in years, very tender. 92% lean hamburger is very tasty, so much better than the junk at the grocery store. Love the farm fresh eggs too. Smoked brats tastes great. Very high quality meats.
Love all the different sausages, smoked turkey to die for. Just a little biased,favorite BIL, Mark makes the good stuff.
Only the best here! If you need fresh meat this is the place to go. Their roasts, hamburger and stew meat are our favorite.
Oh my goodness! There really is a difference in places where you get your meat. I am eating paleo lately so a common dish of mine is sweet potato with sausage on top. I sauteed Rick's "Hot" ground sausage and seriously, this is the best I have ever had, and I have tried a lot. We had Rick's BBQ pork on Saturday and it was wonderful. My husband (being a true Wisconsinite) likes Brats and Rick's are his favorite. We have a Ham Loaf from Rick's in the oven right now (for my husband, not me).
