Today I got the rib platter. It smelled greasy on the way home. I opened the take out plate and it was filled with grease. I couldn't eat it.
Prejudice / racist people !!! Good potato though .
Literally just sit in drive thru for 15 minutes with a $40 food order to get home & half of the food isn't even in there, not to mention what is "ribs" are to dry to even eat & of course no sauce was given when I pacifically asked for extra & paid for it!!! Oh & don't bother calling to try to get order replaced or refund your only going to get a voicemail... GREAT BUSINESS RICKS!!!� "Insert Sarcasm"
Love the food but had a hard time enjoying while hearing a person yelling at Austin. I feel that wasn't acceptable. To have people in line but be ringed for dirty tables makes for an uncomfortable dinning experience.
Went to the Ricks In Madison, Alabama and really enjoyed my food, plus the service was very good! I left happy and I'll be back!
