The food was BURNT. The size of two of my tenders were as if they cut one whole tender in half and called it 3. I call to see if my order can be replaced, and they say they are closed. Which is fine, because I came 30 minutes before closing time. I didn’t get a receipt and they said I would have to keep the food til the next business day to show proof of purchase if I wanted to get a replacement because I wasn’t given a receipt, rather than writing down my name. Lots of good food for the price.
The Ribs... I ordered the 2 meat plate. The cashier forgot my drink. 🙄. I love Ribs... well I got home could not wait to dig into sum ribs.😬..... they had No Taste! 😢. They were tender tho. Gave them to my dog.... So the ribs just wasn’t what I expected.
The place was clean and nice and the employees were wonderful
Food was awesome!!! Juicy and flavorful and did not need sauce, but Rick’s sauce was awesome too!
4 of the last 5 times I've been to Rick's they got my order wrong. I'm starting to believe that humans colonizing another planet is going to happen before this place can get an order right.
First time just went through drive thru,order a bbq sandwich plain ( meat and pickles only) Got home opened the bag bbq sandwich ( meat and more onions then meat) trash wasted 5$ bucks and no lunch Very disappointing!!! Will not go back !!!
