I used to love this place but due to the poor and rude service during my last three visits I'll take my business elsewhere.
RecommendedRick’s did a great job on a very last minute birthday order! They took a few suggestions and knocked it out of the park with these awesome 8 shaped snake cupcakes. The best part— the order was completely through Facebook messaging, not one phone call!

I have always had a wonderful experience at Rick's until today. stopped in with my son to pick up a few treats on our way home, I have never been treated so poorly. was made to feel rushed to pick out our order. so I bought half a cake some petit fours and cookies and was made to feel like we were bothering them. what's even more sad, my 8yo son says mom if they dont like their job why dont they get another one. oh and ask for a sack, big mistake.
I ordered my son’s Safari themed birthday cake from the Fayetteville location 4 months in advance. I worked with Elizabeth, sent her the design that I wanted and she was very helpful. I called two weeks before the party to make some changes she was ver accommodating and again helpful. The day of the delivery the icing on the cake was stuck on the box it had been delivered to us and it didn’t look good at all but I called them and they sent someone to pick it up, they fixed the issue and sent it back intact.
