After trying to call them for 4 days, I went to the Fayetteville location to order a cake for my son's birthday...and was told they could not make the cake we were requesting. It was an American flag cake. The clerk stated they couldn't do a blue cake color...my question was why not? She was extremely rude & short, did not offer an explanation or assistance for an alternative, just told us to look at the kiosk and choose another...come to find out they do not bake their own cakes which is why they couldn't add blue coloring ... read more

I went to Ricks Bakery (in Rogers) last week to order my sons birthday cake early since they were closed after Christmas until after the New Year. I asked for the all blue Batman cake and was told it would look exactly like what I had asked for. The 2nd picture is what we got. I’m sorry, but I could have done better myself wearing a blindfold after drinking an entire pack of beer. I was extremely disappointed in Ricks and I can’t say I will be back. I should have stuck with my regular bakery I use.

I went to pick up my order of the O'Christmas Tree this morning at the Roger's location on my way out of town. it wasnt ready even though it was my pick up time. the Manager quickly got one together for me. that is great customer service. I will recommend Rick's Bakery to everyone.

Sent my dad to Ricks in Rogers to get thumbprint cookies for my mom for Christmas.... This is what she got, chopped peanuts instead of pecans, and chocolate centers, what happened to pecans and jam centers? They looked horrible and tasted even worse. For .80 a cookie, the shame.
Team building holiday party!!
Rick’s Bakery made a fantastic space cake for a Buzz Lightyear themed birthday party for my little Space Ranger. I appreciate the decorators at Rick’s reworking the design until we had the perfect space cake. My son loved it!
