Rick's Bakery is the OG bakery in NWA. As a wedding planner, I am always impressed by there timeliness, ability to design, and their friendly staff. Katie has been amazing in helping my clients get the cake of their dreams! Would highly recommend.
Rick’s has always been known for there amazing cakes. Now that we have a location in Rogers, we go every Saturday morning for donuts and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Very disappointed with the service when ordering a graduation cake. Ended up cancelling.

I placed a custom cookie order at the Rogers location for pick up in Fayetteville. When I arrived to pick up the order the ladies behind the counter couldn't locate my order. They looked up the order in the system and it was there. They didn't give an explanation about why my order wasn't ready. Thankfully the cookies that I ordered were in stock. After one of them prepared the order, she tried to charge me for the cookies. I had already paid for the order in Rogers. I had my printed receipt. They didn't provide any apology ... read more
Everytime I have purchased anything it has been wonderful. Years ago we purchased my daughters wedding cake from Ricks. When it was delivered I was busy and did not look at the cake but the Bride did! She was crying it was the wrong cake! Very colorful ( orange, red, yellow. Etc) but not our cake. I called and a new cake was brought out and replaced. I am sure whom ever ordered their colorful cake was happy to get theirs back also☺️ thanks for good service and saving the Day! It is a funny story NOW! Good customer service!
