Dealership was clean, Owner Mr. Mo. & saleman Mr. Mousa were professional, helpful & informative. I drove in from out of town, they stayed open late as a courtesy. They had a mechanic on duty to discuss & address any questions I had because I'm a Sr. citizen & had a long drive home. They even called me @ 10:20 p.m. on my drive home to check on me. WHO DOES THAT! Best buying experience I had in my entire life & I got a great financial deal.

Bought a BMW 640i from them, communication was bad with them. Some guy called Mousa was in charge of this transaction. After I received the car, I realized that the car battery was dead and it the keys had not battery either. I texted that Mousa and never had an answer, that was 3 weeks ago. That is not the way you treat customers. I will never buy another car from you guys and make sure that nobody that I know buys a car from you RICK's auto sales.
