Not only have they been amazingly convenient but Dr. Rickard also understands bulldogs and that is incredibly important to us. I love everything about this clinic. Recently I took in a rescue who unfortunately after a week and a half passed away. I just received the sweetest paw print gift and card from them, completely unexpected and absolutely made my day. I am so thankful for these kind and compassionate caregivers.
Shout out to Tricia, the groomer at Rickords Animal Hospital!! I just picked up Daisy and Rascal and they both smell and look awesome 👏🏻 If you haven’t used her I recommend making an appointment! 🥰

The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. They helped us when our pet had a medical emergency and other veterinarians turned us away. The staff kindly found time to help us and I am forever grateful for that. Dr. Bowens did an excellent job helping us make the best decision for our baby. Moving forward I will not take my other babies to another vet. Thank you SO much for all that y'all do!!!💗🐾

Words cannot express how amazing this Vet facility and staff are. They show compassion and care for not only for animals but for families. Rickords was there for us same day even when they had a full schedule whereas our now old vet told us they couldnt see us for a week and this is when our little man was suffering and badly needed a quality of life assessment. They are great and make it easy for you. My cat needed a urine test and instead of being sent home with a “best of luck” like the last vet, they are keeping him to collect a fresh sample. Just top notch service and my soul needed their gentleness today.
