Owned by a cheater? The owner of this place, Billy Mitchell, is featured in the film documentary "King of Kong." It's pretty damned well clear from the movie that the guy was an unethical cheater, though he never fessed up to it. Don't take my word for it, but before patronizing this place, I highly recommend that you watch the film, or at least read up on Billy Mitchell, to judge for yourself what kind of a guy you're giving your money to.
King of Wing's Video games aside, Rickys is the one of the best wing restaurant's in south Florida. The garlic wings are the amazing. Yeah the service isn't the best but the atmosphere and colorful characters make up for it. The menu prices are excellent for the quality of food you get. Don't listen to these Billy haters, their just jealous because they will never be the best.
Bad Wings If you want to put dung in your mouth and cover it with bad hot sauce go here. TV are horrible and if you want to watch local sports go somewhere else, if the bartender has money on a game in your view he will not change the channel. I was told that the Hurricane game I wanted to watch was on other screens, and if I wanted to watch it on the big screen it was on behind me. King of Wrong Boycott Rickey's!!!! Billy Mitchell, the owner as stated below was in a documentary "King of Kong". He is a hypocrit and a cheater. He is not a good person, he will do whatever it takes to be thought of as the "winner" "never a loser". In the documentary it even shows him pushing other hot sauce brands to the back of the shelves and pulling his foreward in the grocery store to get ahead of the game. In this kind of economy think twice about where you want to spend your money.
Never again!! The most horrible experience at a restaurant/bar I've ever had. the staff was horrible!! Myself and 3 other customers were treated with disrespect and our waitress was a ghost. from the moment we walked in we were shunned. If you want to have a great experience and good food- steer clear of here.
Mike B Ricky's consistently shows that a local watering hole can become an oasis to a wide range of people, white collar, blue collar, black, white, Latino, etc. I have always been treated very well and always have had a wonderful experience, the beer is cold, the food is good, and the prices are great, however the best thing is the characters at the bar. Like "Cheers" the same funny patrons "holding court" in the same seats everyday, anyone would like this place
Rickey's I really like this restaurant. Located in Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd. The food is very good. I especially like their burgers and wings. Great atmosphere for the whole family. They offer free popcorn, have a free trivia game that can be played in the restaurant while you wait and eat. It's fun! They also have some arcade games like Pac Man. Prices are reasonable too! I have done take out as well and it has been very accomadating and the food is always prepared correctly and on time!
Cheater!!! This guy is a fraud and cheater!!! See the movie, Fist Full of Quaters, to see what a spineless weasel this loser is and then determine if you want to throw any of your hard earned money his way!
. Used to be a good place, but I haven't been too pleased the last few times I went there. The sauce is still tasty, but the wings are greasy and undercooked. I've had some bad experiences with servers and bartenders in the past couple months too. I think this place is officially off my list.
