I’ve been Ricks patient for almost 40 years , I would be lost without his guidance with my eye condition . He’s caring and understanding , he’s like a friend that happens to do your Eye care . I travel 70 miles to get care and I don’t regret one minute of the trip . I recommend his to everybody .
I strongly recommend this office (just not Dr. Pope) - we saw Dr. Ng and she was very thorough and dealt with a special needs child (deaf with cochlear implants) quite well. Even when she could not read the letters, she was not degraded, but encouraged to try and even guess at the letters. It took about 1-1/2 hours for the visit and I did not mind spending the time as she was very thorough and did not want to prescribe something my granddaughter needed.
