Amazing reliable vehicles at a cheap price. The salesmen are very honest about every car, telling you what the deal is with each individual car! I was able to bargain on the cars price to my comfort level, true business people. The salesman even told me I might be able to find the car somewhere else for cheaper, very honest people. I had a paint job done at this place and it came out looking like a brand new car at a fraction of the cost somewhere else. I rarely write reviews. Actually this is my first one. I was amazed at how the salesman and mechanics work with you. Vehicles here are priced well, they cater to you in every need! I was quite dissapointed when I had to bring the vehicle back for some minor service with in one week of driving the vehicle. But the mechanics there got it fixed and ready on the same day with the warranty that was provided! These people are fast and easy to work with, I would recommend this place to a friend.

I have never bothered writing a review for anything before but this place deserves one. In fact, they deserve a standing ovation. I have been ripped off by auto shops before so I was very nervous about this place. My car needed emergency repairs and I happened to break down in front of Rich's. They could have completely scammed me (as Jiffy Lube, among many others would have) but instead they gave me a double oil change (only charging me once) and checked everything that needed checking and found that the only issue was the ... read more

I was just shopping around the south west philly area for a used vehicle and I stumbled onto this lot. The people here are nice and attentive, unlike most of the other used car lots in the area. I financed a 2002 Lexus LS430. I did not have a sufficient down payment for this vehicle and my credit was bad, but they were nice enough to work with me. They even told me it was possible to find this type of vehicle at a cheaper price elsewhere. But I did not mind paying a little extra for the excellent service and quality product.

I really needed work done on my car, I couldn't afford the high priced Pep Boys price so I found Rich's Auto Sales where they fixed my problem for a resonable price and after that they earned my business for ever. I needed a seat in my conversion van, I found the seat and within 2 hours they had it installed and ready to go. These guys are AWESOME. When you go there ask for Rich he's the Asian dude with glasses and tell them Ken sent you.
