Always excellent service ....I think I am going on 9 years with RichPro Pest Mgt and I am very pleased...as I told Patrick I never see a LIVE bug and he said "That's what we do and glad to hear that we are doing our job." He is the BEST! so knowledgeable about the products they use; safe but effective. It's a family business and that makes a big difference! They are that good!
