When *******, the technician, came to my home I appreciated his enthusiasm and dedication for using his talents to help people and enable them to wrest control of their home away from the local ant population! It is reassuring to know that this is a company that thinks of me as a person and valued customer not just an account number on an invoice.I know I'm in good hands.

Great job. Technician let me know in advance that he would be arriving a little early. Found and treated a wasp nest that ******** had missed even though he was just there for my annual termite inspection. Polite, considerate.
Zach is such a neat guy....very friendly and personable! Its a shame more companies don't have employees like Zach. He never makes me feel like he is in a rush. He addresses all my questions and concerns. KUDOS to Zach!
Technicians were courteous and thorough in their explanation in what needed to be done and why. Patient in answering my questions. Everything was done as explained. I look forward to working with them on a regular basis.
