they refuse to hardwire my brake system in so they could upsell me on a device that doesn't work even though I asked several questions concerning the reliability of this item. now Richmond Trailer is blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer is blaming Richmond Trailer and neither one of them will take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. due to their products not working correctly I've done something to my front end brake system so now my front end shakes when I press the brake. it was $480 to buy that part and ... read more

We needed a hitch put in a truck we sold to our son. It was going out of state and we were in a time crunch. These guys went above and beyond to get us going. Not just on time but early!! Very friendly and courteous! Thanks for a job well done!
This establishment was absolutely SO RUDE to a Friend of mine and isn’t worth giving any of your money too. TERRIBLE service. And INCREDIBLY RUDE.
