Watch out for their valet service! Here is what they did to us at a hotel down the street: While we were staying at the Casablanca in Miami Beach in October 2020, the valet staff caused a large scratch on our rental car while it was under their supervision in the valet lot. We filled out a claim, but so far they have been unresponsive to the frequent requests for payment on the claim by Hertz.
