This past Sunday I was riding from Morgantown, WV to Suffolk, VA. I was on 17 approaching 95 when I attempted to downshift and realized my rear shift linkage had fallen off. I got to Richmond Harley at 5:01PM, they close at 5! Will and Buddy opened the door for me and immediately put a new shift lever on. I wasn’t even there 10 min and they didn’t charge me anything for the work! Best two guys in the shop! Richmond Harley has always been top rate but this time they far exceeded! Thanks Will & Buddy for looking out!!!
Worst service department I have ever seen. I deleted the last negative review because the GM actually contacted me to make things right. Of course there was absolutely no follow up. Most recent adventure they took 8 days to change my rear tire. That’s right, 8 days! This is the last and final straw. My bike will never see that place again and I will buy my next new bike somewhere else. #stealership
