To me I was not in there to shop for a bike. I was meeting family so we could continue our journey. My son likes to sit on machines and check them out. As someone who is in the demographic to buy a bike, I like to see them and one day as time goes along make a purchase. We went to the trikes, there I felt much at ease to let him sit on one. Very clean and friendly place great service staff was helpful and knowledgeable a must stop
This is the worse place to get your bike serviced. I had a 9am appointment sat there for 4 hours. Once it was time to replace the parts, found out Savannah didn't order the parts. Wasted my entire day. I don't like saying the word HATE, but I hate even bringing my motorcycle here for service. I wish Harley would consider letting people switch over their maintenance plans to other dealerships because I feel stuck. I'm disgusted!! They don't even deserve this one star but I had to select it to submit my review
Stopped by and was greeted by some very friendly people! Emily in motorclothes, Jon in sales and Dutch the Marketing guy all treated me like I was a friend. Kevin the GM showed me around and everyone was great! I highly recommend checking them out!
Called 3 times to make a service appointment, left name & number. After 45 min. Called again, was hung up on.....(remember, they had my name & number) I understand you don't need my money, likewise I don't need your service. Take your business elsewhere, they've got all the patrons/customers they need.
