Bought a 2017 Breakout last November from Richmond Harley Davidson & decided to add a few extras, in particular a cruise control. The website reviews gave me the impression it would take about two hours to install. Much to my surprise Richmond Harley Davidson wanted to charge me $700.00 for the install. In my opinion their technicians must not be up to date if it takes them 7 hours for a two hour job. I took my bike elsewhere & had it out the door in just over 2hrs. and $500 cheaper. What a great crew...was working with another dealership who was giving me the runaround when Greg gave me a call from Richmond Harley Davidson. Gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse.
