RecommendedI came in for an oil change with my bike dirty. I hadn't had a chance to wash since my last ride. Well when they brought my bike around from getting serviced I was in shock. They had detailed my entire bike and didn't ask for anything. That means alot to me. Thank y'all so much for the great service.
Although my picture isn't posted yet, I will say that the team at Richmond Harley is by far the best people to work with. no pressure. State what you want and watch them make it come to fruition. ( if they can ). Thank you Gregg and PJ.
Great shop and great people here. Bought my ‘07 FXSTC from them back in August 2006, and they’ve kept it running great and given me excellent advice ever since. Their new store in the current location is AWESOME, and the exterior stage is top notch for bands and events. Love them!
Will in sales has been a consummate professional and down-to-earth earth guy. Clearly an expert in his craft. Genuinely cares about the satisfaction and safety of the customer. Scott in service worked late alongside Will to help finalize my custom bike showing their dedication to the customer. Paul in finance was a straight shooter and incredibly helpful, even let us charge our phones while finalizing the deal so we could drive home safely. overall phenomenal shop, couldn't be happier, would highly recommend!

this is the best HD store on the east coast.. my hubbie road up yesterday for state inspection and oil change and always comes home with a very positive story.. they love their HD family..keep up the great work..
