    I am so happy with my results. The staff at Dr Zemmels office are so knowledgeable and speak from personal experience. I loved my experience and will refer everyone I know to richmond aesthetic surgery.

    They never gave up on me, even when I did after a mastectomy with many failed attemps of reconstruction from past surgeons. I think the world of everyone in the office. Thank you from all my heart. ♥️

    On the 17th I had my chest reconstructed by Dr. Zemmel. I can't praise him enough! My results are exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dr. Z to any and all trans men seeking top surgery!

    Dr. Kassandra Dousalass was my surgeon this past Friday. I have experienced nothing but the best care and treatment from all of the staff at Richmond Aesthetic Surgery. I have a follow up appt this Friday to see my results. I highly recommend them for any of your aesthetic needs!

    Dr. Zemmel and his staff are wonderful! I have been a patient of Dr. Zemmel’s for 10 years. He did my original breast reconstruction post bilateral mastectomies and he did my most recent surgery, replacement of implants and basically rebuilt me once again! What I love most about Dr. Zemmel is his compassion. He really cares about his patients and their outcome. I have referred many friends to him and I will continue to do so!     Dr. Zemmel and his staff are out of this world!! From the day I walked into their office, they have been absolutely wonderful!! I had a TT, breast augmentation and lipo. All I can say is TOTAL transformation!!! Could not be happier!
