Very good doctor I would let anyone know if they ask me. His staff was very nice. If would need to do anything else he would be the man for the job.
Dr. Zemmel, from Day 1, somehow makes you feel as though you are his only patient. This alone can set the tone for a superb experience, which is exactly what I have had. Dr. Zemmel is extremely professional with a phenomenal bedside manner. He was forthcoming about my expectations, outcomes and what to expect before/during/after my procedure. My overall experience at Richmond Aesthetic Surgery was amazing. The whole staff is super nice and made me feel comfortable. Doctor Montante was great! When I got my rhinoplasty done he did exactally what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My results are even better than I had imagined. I am overall very impressed with my experience and I will absolutely come back for any other procedures I may want done in the future.
Dr. Montante took his time understanding my issues and explained both expectations and process clearly.
Dr. Montante has been awesome through the entire process. He is very calm and easy to talk to, kind and caring. I had to have another procedure prior to my reduction which put off my surgery for a couple of months and he was very encouraging and helped ease my fears. Everything turned out well and I am very, very pleased with the outcome of my surgery!
I was nervous to get my lips filled because I had never had them done before, but always wanted to. I finally came in to see Dr. Erin Stratton and she made me feel at ease instantly, asking me what specific look I was going for. She took time consulting with me to understand my ideal look before she began the procedure. I am so happy with my results, they look so natural and make me feel so beautiful!
