I was referred to this practice due to skin cancer that needed to be removed. Even though I was scared, everyone here did their absolute best to put me at ease and to make me feel at special. Always with a smile on their faces that you could even hear on the phone during the many calls that I made with questions. What a wonderful group of people!!!
Dr. Zemmel was extremely honest and professional with a goal of achieving natural results that do not 'look' augmented.
Dr. Zemmel was very professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and then suggested several option plans based on my description. My experience with Dr. Zemmel has been wonderful all the staff in the office is very helpful and always in great moods they seem to know what they are doing on how to make their client's happy and very well taken care of..the hospital was awesome as well but I have to say I would do this over and over again with the same people...Dr. Zemmel was so professional and knows exactly what to say to his clients. I could not have asked for a better experience overall with this procedure. Dr. Zemmel and the practice have more than exceeded my expectations - from being reluctant to do this life-changing procedure, I am more than happy and satisfied that I made the decision to see Dr. Zemmel, and only have wished I would have done it sooner! Dr. Zemmel is an amazing Doctor!!! He clearly understood my situation he addressed all concerns left me with no questions at all.
