Dr. Richman is an excellent surgeon. I have had numerous procedures performed by Dr. Richman, including a sinus lift, bone grafts and implants. While he has a busy practice I have found that he always has time to fully answer my questions. His staff is excellent and have always made me feel comfortable, especially when I am getting ready to go under the anesthesia. Dr. Richman did 4 of my wisdom teeth. He didn't talk to me before the operation. I was extremely nervous and was just surrounded by about 4 people chit chatting and being busy while he put the IV in. He didn't ask if I had any questions or explained what he was doing. He didn't count down so I was out while he was talking to the other workers.
