Sherri was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. She made sure we got set up with the perfect unit! Hands down the best storage place in the area, and the maintenance guy is pretty awesome too!
I had a great experience with North Richland Storage Unit! Sherry was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of peace of mind storing my things there. They took the time to answer all my questions and truly went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage — you won’t be disappointed!
I was downsizing from my house to an apartment and need a storage unit, found this place. I came late about closing time, horrible I know. Sherry showed me around like she had hours, I didn’t feel rushed or that she was annoyed, she was patient, professional, informative and gave me great service. I called in just to check prices and availability and Sherry hit it out of the park, she has the best customer service I have ever experienced she was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind regardless of how many times I asked her to repeat prices and sizes I would definitely recommend this facility strictly because of her. Though the place sales itself as it was clean and well maintained; the superstar of this place is Sherry! I am going through a vicious break-up, I came in with tears and just distraught. Sherry was patient answered all my questions and concerns and just nurtured me into a comfort zone that I really needed in that moment. Hats off to her and give that girl a raise she is phenomenal!!! ⭐⭐⭐🥇🏆🏅
