Where to start. Bought a car for $24k from these guys. They were supposed to fix the motor for the tailgate which was done but the tech absolutely destroyed the paneling in the back. We have had to bring it back 3 times. The last trip they were going to replace all paneling and remove a 9 inch scratch from the back of our car. Needless to say. After them having our car for a week, I came to pick it up last night with the PANELING STILL NOT ON CORRECTLY AND A HUGE SCRATCH STILL ON THE BACK OF MY CAR. I refused to leave until ... read more

Honestly I bought a car from here and had the most amazing experience from Neil, Henry, John, and many others so I thought let me bring in my car for service none other than the same dealership and well, they blew me away once again with their excellent customer service, professionalism and quality. The maintenance people are very nice and helpful. That is why i have gone there as long as i have. The transport person on the other hand is just plain rude. I had a transport ride to pick up my car scheduled @11:00, confirmed by 2 people. I then found out that the idiot in transport services was supposed to be 11:30 meaning I'd be late or unable to make something very important. I just recently bought a used vehicle for $35,500.00 from there and I also bought accessories for the vehicle. I was told that it would take about a week from the salesman Philip and Neil that I would get a phone call and they would arrange a time to get my parts installed which never happened. I had to call them back myself about one week and 3 days later to ask what was going on. And we finally made an appointment for my vehicle. RB Mitsubishi is trying to charge a storage fee instead of working with us on a leased vehicle that they have had for repairs for over 2 weeks now. Poor customer service and very unwilling to work with their customers. Would not recommend this dealership. Very disappointing.

Poor communication after the sale. If you are out of state, or write a personal check, beware of the long wait to get the title. Promised calls back that I still have not received.

Just bought a used car from here and I cannot recommend more. Their staff go above and beyond to help you find the right car in your price range. I worked with Duane and couldn’t have received better customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and worked with my work schedule to make it happen! Go see Duane, you won’t be disappointed!
