It was my first time there and I love it.So far so good.
Just bought my new used car from RB Mitsubishi. Thank you to Greg "Mac" Macallister for his assistance in getting us exactly what we needed/wanted (2014 Subaru Impreza) while making the not so much fun process of buying a car as efficient as possible. Mac & Freddie Brown, Finance, gave us great service, respected our time and made us feel like they really valued our business. As folks who also work in Sales/Service, we know how we want to be treated and they went above & beyond! Thanks again guys!
Everyone was really friendly, the atmosphere was nice and will be back for service.
Had an emergency flat tire. Stopped in they found the problem repaired the tire quickly and the cost was very low.

I've had multiple problems over the last few months with front line staff having trouble directing my call. Once I was sent to RB Honda and another time someone transferred me back to herself. I've been trying to schedule an oil change for quite a while now, but their limited appointments make me feel like I have to schedule my life around them! The staff are usually good once I get beyond the two people answering my phone calls, but I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Brent Wade and Freddie Brown were so patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!! No words can express the love I feel for this dealership! THANK YOU!!
Major thanks to my friends at Richfield Bloomington Mitsubishi! I love my new sport! And so does my company, reliable transportation to the airport! Could not have been an easier experience. I hate to say it, but I can't wait for the snow! From start to finish, Heidi, John, and Brent, you guys do an A+ job!
