RecommendedI went there to install my brand new tires and I could say that they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They even washed my car and pick me up after they were done with my car. Strongly recommend !!!
New mgmt have no sense of customer service and worse of all they do not deny that they practice bait and switch. Bought my 5th Mitsubishi in mid 2017 and was told this car would also have VIP package. All service thru 2018 was delivered as promised. Then came 1/3/19 and advised I no longer have this perk. Wish I had bought somewhere else.
Very quick & easy process to help fix a recall issue. Staff was friendly, offered a few extra services but not at all in a pushy way. They picked up & returned my car within just a few hours.
took my vehicle in twice, never fixed the problem. wanted to charge me over 400 dollars ...and didn't even look at the problem. done with their service department.
Drew Griebler was super helpful looking for a used car! Great service and very friendly. Walked away with quite the deal.
Completely unacceptable service. Not once but 2 consecutive services. Scheduled oil change on Wednesday, picked up on Saturday, well 1st they can't find my car or keys, then they come back saying, they haven't done any service yet and ask me to wait longer. Haha.. well the oil change comes with 0 customer service.
Let me start by saying I’m not the biggest fan of car shopping...until now. The guys at Richfield Mitsubishi are AWESOME!!! The entire experience from start to finish was great. Nick Reuss was the best car guy to talk to he showed us all the Ins and outs of the car and really showed us how the car drove on our test drive. Matt the sales manager made all the numbers work so that we walked away with the best deal possible. Freddie Brown in the finance department made us feel like one of the family.
